Sponsors
The 42nd Temple Model Train Show is sponsored by CentraMod Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas. The event benefits the Central Texas Area Model Railroaders. The event is made possible with the support of CentraMod Inc.
Vendors
Vendors agree to hold harmless CentraMod Inc., the sponsors and organizers of the Temple Model Train Show for any and all actions that may occur involving the show and Vendor agrees to take full responsibility for the safe and tasteful conduct of its representatives while in attendance at the show.
CentraMod Inc, and the sponsors and organizers of the Temple Model Train Show reserve the right to allow or disallow any particular Vendor from participating in the show. Vendors are expected to sell train-related items at the Temple Model Train Show.
Requests for a full refund of Vendor fees will be granted before Jul 1, 2024. Request for refund of Vendor fees from Jul 1, 2024 to Aug 16, 2024 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be given after 9:00 p.m. Aug 16, 2024.
Vendors agree to keep their exhibits within the boundaries of the space allocated, and not to encroach on space designated for other Exhibitors, Vendors or movement of patrons throughout the show.
Each Vendor and their representatives will be provided an official badge which must be worn at all times and will be required to enter the entire Convention Center.
Each Vendor agrees to comply with the laws regarding Texas sales tax and collect and remit such tax in a legal manner if required.
Exhibitors

Venue
The Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center 3303 N. 3rd St. Temple, Texas 76501. Main Hall, Rooms 1-7, and Lobby, north and south halls.
Hours
The show is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 21st and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, September 22nd.
Vendors and Exhibitors are expected to be fully set up and manning their space for the full duration of the public show on both days
Train Show Setup
9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Friday, September 20th
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Saturday, September 21st
It is NOT Permitted for any type of motorized vehicle or trailer to drive into the Main Hall to unload.
Unloading may be carried out at the front and rear of the Convention Center. Once you have completed unloading please move your vehicle so others may do the same.
CentraMod Members will be available to help on a first come serve basis.
Note that all tables may not be set up and available immediately at 9 a.m. on Friday.
Teardown
Teardown hours are 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, September 22nd.
Loading may be carried out at the front and rear of the Convention Center. Once you have completed loading please move your vehicle so others may do the same.
CentraMod Members will be available to help on a first come serve basis.
It is NOT Permitted for any type of motorized vehicle or trailer to drive into the Main Hall to load
Parking
Parking will be available at no charge.
RV Park Sites Available (Water & Electric) contact Mayborn Convention Center for availability and cost.
Security
Security will be provided during closed times. Security will be handled by a private firm not associated with the Frank Mayborn Civic and Convention Center.
The Security Guards, Mayborn Convention Center Personnel, and CentraMod Members are given special orders. (No one will be allowed inside the entire Convention Center until 8 a.m. Saturday September 21st. All show personnel must clear the entire Convention Center by 5:30 p.m. Saturday, September 21st. No one will be allowed inside the entire Convention Center until 9:00 a.m. Sunday September 22nd.)
The organizers and sponsors take no responsibility for loss or damage at any time to any property left in the exhibit hall. Please be sure to carry out any personal belongings you will need Friday and Saturday night.

Table Price
Table prices are $55.00 per table.
Tables are a first come first serve basis. If you have any table arrangement preferences, please indicate them on the Registration Application form.

When you sign up to be with us at the Temple Model Train Show, we request that you stay both days and remain until the end of the day Sunday.
